Creating POWERFUL links to your Realtor website is easy and can produce BIG payoffs in search engine results, if just a few basic strategies are followed.

4 Valuable Tips in submitting a link to: Realtor-Links.net

The goal of a linking campaign is to match your link directory information with the Google keywords you wish to obtain AND THE KEYWORDS THAT CAN BE OBTAINED.

Choosing keywords for your campaign that are too broad (like “real estate”) are useless as there are millions of competing pages. But choosing the proper niche phrases can create dominance in the area you wish to focus on. The niche keywords of “Dallas Texas horse ranches” or “Fishhawk Ranch real estate” are attainable via linking services, if a consistent plan is followed.

#1 Focus on your Client Dreams
The most important information in a link directory submittal form is the TITLE of your link. Treat this like Gold. If your targeted keyword is “Dallas Texas horse ranches” use this in your title. Placing your name or company affilation in the title will produce search engine results for your name and company. Your prospective real estate clients are looking for THEIR needs to be met, (like the dream of owning a… “horse ranch in Dallas”) not to find you or your real estate firm.

#2 Use common consumer language in your listing description. Avoid abbreviations. If the link service provides you with 250 characters to tell “your story” than use as many characters as possible. Also make sure you use your tageted keywords in the description. (for example: Dallas Texas horse ranches). If you state that you specialize in “Dallas Texas horse ranches” you have just eliminated a lot of competition and have given “horse ranch prospects” a real reason to call you.

#3 Meta Keywords is a fancy word for the Google keyword search phrases you want to be found under. Use this data field effectively. Remember that Google can only use the informaton you give it. Make sure you enter “keyword combinations” that help you in your keyword search. Include: Dallas horse ranches, ranches in DallasTexas, Dallas horse real estate, Texas horse ranches, etc. If there is a big horse ranch community that is in your taget market state the communities name in the meta keyword field.

#4 Meta Descriptions – A meta description follows the title of your link and is a simple statement of what you do. This is a perfect place for you name and contact information and a brief description of your niche. A good meta description might be  Joan Smith Dallas, Texas horse ranch specialist 1800 - 848-4321 | Full service Dallas Real Estate Note: the 2nd phrase is general and inclusive, and is designed not to lose the general non niche prospect.
